own household.

son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the
daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and
the daughter in law against her mother in law.

Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
(16) And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of
the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I
will be their God, and they shall be my people.

be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the
unclean thing; and I will receive you.

of me.

(1) Let every soul be subject unto the
higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are
ordained of God.
(2) Whosoever therefore resisteth
the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they
that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
(3) For rulers are not a terror to good
works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that
which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the
same:
(4) For he is the minister of God to thee
for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of
God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth
evil.
(5) Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not
only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.
(6) For for this
cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually
upon this very thing.

to whom honor.

you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering

watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with
joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

whole world lieth in wickedness.
2Jo 1:9-11
(9) Whosoever transgresseth,
and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not
God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he
hath both the Father and the Son.

not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him Godspeed:
