The Triune God


Deuteronomy 6:4
"Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord."
I John 5:7
"For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."
II Corinthians 13:14
"The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen."

There is one God, revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and the God the Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of heaven and earth. He is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, and eternal.
He created mankind with the intent that we would both worship and commune with Him.

Hebrews 8:10
“I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts; and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people.”
