Are You Ready?

“Prepare to meet thy God.” Are you prepared to meet God in peace at any moment? Are you sure you will go to heaven when you die? On that day, the question will not be, did you believe in God, or did you go to church regularly, or were you a nice, moral person. The question will be, are you born again? Do you have real Bible salvation that cleanses from all sin and empowers you to live a holy life, free from committing sin?

The Bible lets us know that there will be some that fully expect to enter into heaven, and God will refuse them, for though they did many religious things, they were yet in their sins (Matthew 7:21-23).

I speak like this because I want you to be saved while there is still time and opportunity. Many dear people have been deceived through all the false religion around us today and are not aware of what it will take to make it into God’s holy heaven. I do not want you to be eternally lost. v Hebrews 12:14 warns us that without holiness, no man shall see the Lord. We cannot make ourselves holy. But we can become a partaker of God’s holiness by forsaking forever all sin and surrendering our lives fully over to Jesus Christ. He is a mighty Saviour and died to save us from sin–not just forgive us of sin, but actually take it away and give us the divine grace never to sin again. This is a great salvation! God changes our hearts and our desires and enables us to live in obedience to His Word.

Dear ones, have you found this great salvation? If not, you are not prepared to meet God, and you “must be born again” (John 3:7). Ask Jesus to forgive you and cleanse you from all sin, and He will make you a new person. The old sinful life will pass away. God is willing to save all who come to Him in faith and sincerity. He is not willing that you should perish by being unprepared on that day, but wants to save you now.

I urge you to seek God with all of your heart and make sure that you are ready for the great Judgment Day.
